Carolyn and her friend Alison (a fellow Biola employee) trained at Mother’s Beach in Long Beach. It was Carolyn’s first attempt swimming in a full body suit. She transitioned to the bicycle as she will on October 9 in La Quinta. We rode around the Marina in Long Beach.
